Constantia provides all eligible, hourly employees coverage in a disability program that includes both short and long term disability. This plan is 100% paid for by Constantia and provided by Principal.

Short-Term Disability
HOURLY EMPLOYEES
Short-Term Disability (STD) replaces 70% of your weekly salary up to $500 if a non-occupational injury or illness forces you out of work for an extended period of time. Benefits begin on the 15th day after an accident or illness occurs. Benefits may be payable for up to 11 weeks. Any short-term disability benefit payable to you may be offset by other types of income.
Long-Term Disability
HOURLY EMPLOYEES
Long-Term Disability (LTD) replaces part of your income if you are disabled more than 90 days. Long term disability replaces 60% of your monthly earnings up to a maximum of $5,000. Benefits may be payable until you reach age 65. Any long-term disability benefit payable to you may be offset by other types of income.
SALARY EMPLOYEES
Long-Term Disability (LTD) replaces part of your income if you are disabled more than 90 days. Long term disability replaces 66 2/3% of your monthly earnings up to a maximum of $7,500. Benefits may be payable until you age 65. Any long-term disability benefit payable to you may be offset by other types of income.
